As a manufacturer of medium pressure humidifiers, Lavair produces units in the pressure range of 30 - 70 bar and an air volume flow of up to 2,000,000 m³/h.

Lavair medium pressure humidifiers are humidifiers that atomize water into fine droplets at a medium pressure of up to 16 bar to increase humidity. Unlike high-pressure humidifiers, medium-pressure humidifiers operate at a lower pressure and therefore consume less energy.
However, they are capable of effective humidification, making them a more cost-effective and environmentally friendly option.

Lavair's medium-pressure humidifiers are available in a variety of designs, including models as a built-in kit for an on-site empty housing or complete in a stainless steel housing. Humidification

Our Sprayvap is often used to increase humidity indoors. It operates energy-efficiently in a medium pressure range.

Dust control

When reducing dust in the air, our Sprayvap is ideal to use. By atomizing water into ultra-fine droplets, the dust in the air is bound and falls to the ground where it can be easily removed. This technology is widely used in factories, warehouses and other industrial environments.

Air conditioning

It can be installed in a ventilation duct, for example. The cooling takes place in the exhaust air, which in turn cools the supply air via a heat exchanger, so that a pleasant room climate is created.

Operation of the medium pressure humidifier

Lavair medium pressure humidifiers operate at a medium pressure (up to 20 bar) and are based on the adiabatic humidification principle. Water is atomized into fine droplets under medium pressure. These droplets evaporate and extract heat from the ambient air. The air cools down due to this effect.

Our Sprayvap medium pressure humidifier is more energy efficient than a high pressure humidifier at medium humidification capacities. It has a high output with low energy consumption. We use special nozzles and pumps that provide effective and fine atomization of water.
