As a manufacturer of low-pressure humidifiers, Lavair produces units in the pressure range up to 5 bar and an air flow rate of up to 2,000,000 cubic meters/hour.

We are a manufacturer of low-pressure humidifiers that operate according to the adiabatic humidification principle. In this process, water is atomized into very small droplets and released into the air. The evaporation of the water in the air humidifies the air and increases the room humidity.

Lavair low-pressure humidifiers operate at a pressure of 3 to 5 bar. Unlike our high and medium pressure humidifiers, our low pressure humidifiers operate at a very low pressure and therefore consume even less energy.

Our reliable low-pressure humidifiers are also particularly quiet. By operating the humidifier with the existing supply pressure of the fresh water line, there is no need for an additional booster pump."

Lavair low-pressure humidifiers are very flexible to use. From offices and residential buildings to factories and industrial plants, they find their application. They are also used in combination with other air conditioning systems such as air conditioners and heaters in the exhaust air to maintain indoor humidity at a comfortable level.

Our low-pressure Netvap® system has been specially developed for operation at low humidity surcharges and under constant operating conditions. It is mainly suitable for adiabatic exhaust air cooling, but can also be installed in ducts with its own post-evaporation unit or used directly in combination with a heat exchanger.

Advantages of the low pressure humidifier

Low-pressure humidifiers like our Netvap offer many practical advantages that make them the ideal choice for air humidification.

The most important advantages at a glance:

Efficient humidification: by using special nozzles, the Netvap is very efficient at humidification. These nozzles atomize the water into very fine droplets to achieve an even distribution in the air, which in turn leads to fast and effective humidification.

Energy efficient: our low-pressure humidifier uses up to 90 percent less energy than a high-pressure humidifier. This is because it completely eliminates its own booster pump and therefore requires less energy to atomize the water.

Low maintenance costs: Netvap low-pressure humidifiers require very little maintenance. They do not require expensive replacement parts or regular maintenance, which further reduces operating costs. For example, it does not have a pump installed and therefore does not require a separate unit to boost pressure.

No limescale formation: Depending on the customer's water quality, no further maintenance is required in terms of limescale formation. Our Netvap is operated with demineralized water. This prevents limescale build-up and increases the service life of the system.

Flexibility: The Netvap is suitable for a wide range of applications. It can be combined with air conditioning and offers a high level of integrity with the customer.

Our Netvap low-pressure humidifier is specially designed for use with low humidification capacities and constant operating conditions. The installation of the Netvap is therefore particularly suitable in the exhaust air duct with its own post-evaporation unit or also in combination with a heat exchanger.

A major advantage of the Netvap from Lavair is that it can be individually adapted to all system sizes and has very low operating costs.
This means that our low-pressure humidifier always delivers the optimum humidification according to the customer's needs. The capacity can be individually adjusted by the number of valve units installed. Efficient and, above all, cost-effective humidification is provided at all times of operation.

Functionality of the low-pressure humidifier

Lavair low-pressure humidifiers are flow-through water spray humidifiers that operate according to the adiabatic humidification principle. The amount of water required for humidification is only slightly greater than the amount of water required for evaporation.
The water that does not evaporate is disposed of, thus permanently supplying fresh water. The risk of germ formation is reduced and the water has a high hygienic purity.
