The Jetvap high-pressure humidifier from Lavair uses a high-pressure pump that atomizes water into very small droplets and releases them into the room to create a more humid atmosphere. It has several advantages over conventional humidifiers.
For example, no filtration systems are required because no minerals or other impurities are released into the air. It is also more energy efficient than other models and has a longer lifespan.

Our Jetvap is a powerful and efficient device for improving indoor air quality, especially in rooms with low humidity. The patented control of the Jetvap high-pressure humidifier allows optimal adaptation of the system to the environmental conditions of the customer.
The Jetvap is equipped with a water-lubricated piston pump. Swirl nozzles with a closing function are used as nozzles, which prevent dripping after the humidifier has been switched off. These mechanical components are very robust and durable.

The patented control of the Jetvap® high-pressure humidifier from Lavair is based on an intelligent control system that automatically adjusts the humidification output of the unit to the needs of the environment.
This means that the Jetvap® high-pressure humidifier always releases the right amount of water into the room in the form of ultra-fine droplets to bring the humidity to the right level and maintain it at the desired level.
The intelligent and patented concept thereby regulates the pressure and the injection quantity of the entire system. The system is controlled by dynamic pressure modulation in the range from 30 to 90 bar. In this range, the injection quantity is increased by the dynamic pressure and additionally combined by switching mechanical valves.
Parameters such as the humidity and temperature values are measured by the room air system, for example, and the setpoint is thereby given to the high-pressure humidifier.

Our Jetvap® - Basic high-pressure humidifier system is ideal for air humidification or for adiabatic exhaust air cooling. The Jetvap - Basic is characterized by a constant and ideal spray pattern. Thus, it achieves a very effective evaporation.
The high-pressure humidifier does not use any chemical additives, such as silver ions, etc., and is made of only the highest quality materials that meet our strict quality requirements.
The Jetvap-Basic high-pressure humidifier is proven to improve the air quality in your production facilities and offices. Especially in indoor environments with low humidity, our Jetvap-Basic works very effectively. The patented and intuitive control system ensures optimal adaptation of the system to the ambient conditions of our customers.
Another plus point is our special mechanical components. A water-lubricated piston pump and a swirl nozzle with shut-off function have been installed in the high-pressure humidifier JETVAP®-Basic. Functionality of the high pressure humidifier
